I founded Deeper Impact Consulting to offer premier, concierge-level consulting on organizational management, systems, structure, and culture.
Over 15 years in organizational leadership, from frontline staff to the executive suite to the boardroom, taught me one thing above all: organizations with strong systems and an inclusive, participatory culture attract top talent, keep it, and get more done.
I bring both sides of that equation. I hold a Master's in Public Administration with a specialization in Management, alongside graduate-level study in Gender Studies.
I speak and train on inclusive policy and practice, partner with organizations on change and growth projects, and coach executive leaders, boards, and staff teams to build workplaces that thrive.
